Bob Wolf has seen builders come and go, some faster than others, some leaving a better quality legacy than others. In the end, those builders who have succeeded in bringing to life the visions of their clients, all exhibit the same core project standards: 1) good communication; 2) adapt their work to fit the owners' ideas and needs; 3) knowledgeable and skilled enough to suggest practical solutions to site constraints; 4) skilled enough to identify potential problems and solve them correctly; and 5) believe in their craft and know how to lead the owner happily though the process. Not only has Bob been able to observe how these traits lead to success for everyone, they are undeniably the tenets of his operations: good process standards lead to good experiences all around.
One of the highest marks a builder can reach is to be on an owner's speed dial – not for calling with complaints - but for continued and repeat business and referrals to friends and family. Bob is committed to the old fashion values of fostering lasting friendships, and striving to grow with his clients, as a necessary tenent of the building process when crafting each clients dream "castle". Pursuing that ideal may not have always landed Bob's number in his client's speed dial, but it has landed him enough referrals from return clients and local suppliers, that he does not have to wonder if he's got it right.
Bob believes every property owner should do their due diligence in researching and picking a builder. From past and returning clients, to banks and lumber yards, word gets out when a builder returns calls, finishes on time, and shows pride in his workmanship.
